Recipe Ingredients for Fish Taco

12 oz cod
1/3 cup sour cream
1 c diced tomato

Recipe Directions for Fish Taco

  1. Marinade: 1/4c olive oil, 1/4c cilantro (chopped), 1/2 tsp minced garlic, 1 jalapeno coarsely chopped, 1 lime juiced

  2. White Sauce: 1/3 sour cream, lime juice, 1/2 tsp hot sauce

  3. Pr-heat grill medium-high

  4. Marinate cod for 15-20 minutes

  5. Remove cod from marinade, grill with flesh side down for 4-5 minutes

  6. Flip cod and cook for ~30 seconds, remove from heat then let sit for 5 minutes

  7. Grill tortilla's for 20 seconds. Divide cod among tortillas, garnish and top with white sauce
