Fish taco with a sour cream lime sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Taco

4 oz tilapia, grilled
1/2 tsp whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
2 tbsp light sour cream
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
2 whole wheat tortillas

Recipe Directions for Fish Taco

  1. combine sour cream & lime juice. set aside.

  2. Mix seasonings together and coat fish.

  3. spray pan with PAM

  4. cook on med heat until fish is cooked

  5. chunk fish

  6. Put fish, lettuce & sour cream in tortilla.

  7. serve
