Whole sea bass fried and served with a sweet and sour sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Fish with sweet and sour sauce

1 fillet Sea Bass, Mixed Species
15 grams Gluten-Free Mix
1 cup(80 g) Stir Fry Vegetables
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
15 grams Sugars, Brown
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
15 grams Cornflour
1 Serving Rice

Recipe Directions for Fish with sweet and sour sauce

  1. Gut and wash fish and rub and salt all over. Coat in flour

  2. Fry in a little oil.

  3. add veggie of choice to a wok and stir fry until cooked. add garlic and ginger.

  4. MIx soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and a little cornflour to thicken.

  5. Service with basmati boiled rice,
