1000 g Perch, Mixed Species - Cooked, Dry Heat
100 g Carrots - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, With Salt
1 cup Tomatoes, Red, Ripe - Cooked, Stewed
1 cup Peppers, Sweet, Red Cooked, Boiled, Drained, With Salt
5 cloves garlic
1 cup Onions - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt
50 g Celery - Cooked, Boiled, Drained, Without Salt
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tbsp Mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Fish, stewed with vegetables

  1. The fish is cut into portions.

  2. Vegetables chopped.

  3. All lay in the pressure cooker layers.
