13 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
16 oz Solid White In Water Tuna Albacore
1 medium raw Onion Red
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
5 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Fish Stew

Saute all veggies. Add tomatoes. Spice with cayenne, paprika, salt pepper, jamaican jerk (amazing), etc, to enhance redness and zing...Splash of vinegar. Bake the fish and crumble in chunks into the stew.
