Recipe Ingredients for Fish stew

1 serving corn oil, NN
1 serving cod, SQ wild Pacific
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
2 tbsp chopped Onions
0.2 cup, diced Celery
1 serving fish bouillion

Recipe Directions for Fish stew

  1. Heat oil

  2. Add onion, green pepper & celery, chopped

  3. Add bouillion and water

  4. Stew until softened, about 10 minutes

  5. Add fish and seasonings (garlic, cayenne, black pepper)

  6. Cook until fish is done, 4 minutes per side.
