Tomato based smokey fish stew with paprika and cumin

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Stew

100 g cod
100 g cod, smoked
400 g canned tomatoes
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
100 ml water
1 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Fish Stew

  1. cook the chopped garlic in a little olive oil.

  2. Add the tomatoes and spices with the water and bring to a simmer

  3. add the bell pepper (chopped) and the fish and cook for a further 10 minutes

  4. serve with garlic bread or rice.
