Recipe Ingredients for Fish Stew

3 tsps olive oil
3 1/2 oz onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
3 tsp parsley, dried
6 oz cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
7 fl oz white wine
8 oz baby clams
1 pound cod
4 oz shrimps, peeled
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 oz flour

Recipe Directions for Fish Stew

  1. Heat olive oil in a heavy large pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for four minutes. Add parsley and stir for two minutes; add tomatoes and puree and cook for two minutes longer.

  2. Add Clams, dry white wine and fish and simmer until the fish is cooked through, less than ten minutes. Add seasoning. Salt to taste.

  3. Ladle into bowls and serve.
