Recipe Ingredients for Fish stew

15 3/5 oz flounder
1 small onion
432 g celery
144 g carrots
2 1/2 cups chicken stock
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Fish stew

  1. Add olive oil in a Dutch oven with medium heat. Add onion and stir until soft.

  2. Add fish and chicken stock. Bring to a boil and then simmer 20 minutes.

  3. Add carrots and simmer for 20 minutes.

  4. Add celery and keep simmering until done.
