10 grams Chilli
85 grams Mushrooms
1.5 grams Olive Oil
200 grams Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 Mini Tub Cheese
2 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned

Recipe Directions for Fish Soup

  1. cut and prepare everything

  2. fry chilli, garlic, onion, mushroom and spring onion

  3. heat up tomatoes mixed with water and milk

  4. Put in the raw fish

  5. Put in vegetables

  6. boil

  7. add philadelphia cheese
