Mediterranean Fish Soup - tomato based

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Soup

1 1/2 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
30 ounces diced tomatoes
30 ounces chicken broth
16 ounces cod
8 ounces garbanzo beans
8 ounces edamame
1 cup string beans

Recipe Directions for Fish Soup

Using cooking spray, cook oniion, garlic, and fennel seeds 3 mintues. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, parsley pepper and tumeric. Boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add cod and cook 3 minutes.
