Very rich, but very nutritious :)

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Soup

1 haddock fillet
6 prawns
8 mussels
1 oz squid
150 ml fish stock
150 ml white wine
1/2 onion
2 dash salt
2 dash pepper
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp dill
50 ml single cream
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Fish Soup

  1. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until soft

  2. Add squid, prawns and mussels and fry for 5 - 10 mins

  3. Add white wine and boil for further 5 mins

  4. Add fish stock, haddock, salt, pepper and dill and boil for 30 mins

  5. Add cream and parsley and let simmer for further 15 mins
