Recipe Ingredients for Fish and Shrimp Bake

1 lb Cod
85 g Raw medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tbsp Mustard
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/2 cup White Wine
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for Fish and Shrimp Bake

  1. Cut fish into 12 pieces. Place in ungreased 1 quart (1 L) shallow casserole dish. Add shrimp.

  2. Wine Mustard Sauce: Combine all seven ingredients in small bowl. Pour over fish mixture. Stir. Bake, uncovered, in 425 F (220 C) oven for 15 minutes until fish flakes easily when tested with fork. Serves 4.

  3. Note: Original recipe called for green onion, I chopped up a regular onion. Also, it called for grainy mustard, I used original mustard.
