Recipe Ingredients for Fish and Shrimp Alfredo

6 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1/2 cup Fat Free Milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fat free Yogurt
2 tablespoons light cream cheese
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup broccoli
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup onion
1 salt and pepper
8 oz boiled cod, no skin
8 oz boiled shrimp

Recipe Directions for Fish and Shrimp Alfredo

  1. Cook Noodles and set aside

  2. Whisk all all dairy products in a bowl then add to a sauce pan.

  3. Add all vegetables to sauce pan.

  4. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  5. Add Cod and Shrimp and cook 1 or 2 minutes

  6. Add noodles and mix well.

  7. Serve Immediately
