Recipe Ingredients for fish sautee

6 oz. flounder fillets
1/2 tomato
2 tbsp leek, chopped
2 tbsp onion, chopped
2 tbsp green pepper
2 tbsp red pepper
2 cloves garlic
1/4 c. chicken broth

Recipe Directions for fish sautee

  1. sautee leek, onion, pepper and garlic in a pan over med-high heat.

  2. lower heat, add fillets, chop up with veggies. add ck. broth. simmer

  3. when thoroughly opaque and cooked, serve
