one small 250 g perch or sea bream with lemon and tomato slices

Recipe Ingredients for Fish roasted

250 g perch, fish, whole, fresh
25 g lemon
25 g tomato
1/3 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Fish roasted

  1. clean fish inside, wash and dry with a paper towel

  2. sprincle salt and black pepper all over the fish

  3. put inside the fish slices of lemon and tomato

  4. cover the fish in foil

  5. place fish in preheated oven on 180 C for 35-40 min

  6. serve hot with green salad
