Fish Risotto using 100g of basmatti rice and 200 g (2) Iglo Frozen Pollock Fillets. Recepi says 150 g Haddock just to get the calories right.

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Risotto

100 g basmati rice
1/2 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
150 g (compliments) haddock fillets
2 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Fish Risotto

  1. Put the fish in pan. Defrost is and break it up into little bits

  2. Add oil and oinion let whole thing brown

  3. Add rice and garlic (you can add garlic in previous stage too).

  4. Add water and spices - let whole thing cook for about 20 minutes

  5. Add the parmisan at the end.
