Recipe Ingredients for Fish Pie

250 grams Prawns
2 Portion Cod
200 grams Haddock, Smoked
1.5 cup Cheese Sauce, Prepared From Recipe
4 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Home-prepared, Whole Milk And Margarine Added
2 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for Fish Pie

  1. Poach the fish for 5 to 10 minutes until just done.

  2. Cook spinach and place in the bottom of a large oven dish. Drizzle over half the cheese sauce.

  3. Add the fish and prawns, pour over the rest of the sauce and top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and tomato slices if you wish.

  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 30 to 40 minutes until piping hot and browned.
