Any fresh or frozen fish fillets work great!

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Packets

16 ounces tilapia
16 oz. frozen broccoli
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp. dill weed
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 T. lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Fish Packets

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Place each frozen fillet on a 12 inch piece of foil. Sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, garlic, dill weed, salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.

  3. Top each fillet with 1/4 of frozen broccoli.

  4. Bring up sides of foil to make a tent; fold top edges over to seal. Fold in sides, making a packet.

  5. Place packets on an ungreased cookie sheet or on the grill. Cook until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily, about 40 minutes.
