Pan-fried white fish nuggets in a tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Fish nuggets

3 oz sea bass fillet
1 tbsp flour
3 oz tomato, chopped
2 slices onion, chopped
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 salt to taste

Recipe Directions for Fish nuggets

Quickly pass the raw fish pieces in flour to make it dry. Pan-fry it in peanut sauce till golden. Chop the tomato and the onion. Put into the same pan as the fish 2 minutes before the end of cooking time, without blending. Season to taste. Arrange the fish on a plate. Finish the cooking of the onion and tomato for another minute. Pour onto fish. Serves 2 or 3.
