Noodles with fish, courgette, pepper and soy sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Noodles

100 g Noodles
1 Courgette
1 Red Pepper
400 g g) Cod
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Fish Sauce

Recipe Directions for Fish Noodles

  1. NOTE I would use vietnamese river cobbler in this recipe, not cod, but CC doesn't know the river cobbler. I use this fish because even when cooked it stays in chunks, and doesn't fall apart as much.

  2. Cut the fish, courgette and pepper into chunks.

  3. Fry it all together till the fish is done.

  4. Prepare the noodles according to instruction on the packet.

  5. Add everything together in one pan, and toss with soy sauce and fish sauce.

  6. If you like, you can also sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, and add extra oyster sauce.
