Recipe Ingredients for Fish loaf

1 tablespoon butter
1 onion
1 stalk celery
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 eggs
6 tablespoons bread crumbs
1/4 cup oregano
2 scallions
3/4 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
14 ounce canned salmon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Recipe Directions for Fish loaf

Melt butter in saucepan, saute onion and celery until tender. Add curry powder, stir one minute. Pour into bowl and add remaining ingredients. Let chill 15 minutes, then put in sprayed loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
