Recipe Ingredients for fish greek

300 g tilapia
300 g onion
50 g tomato paste
300 g carrots
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
1 salt
1 black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe Directions for fish greek

  1. Grate carrots slice onion. Put to pan with little water and 1 table spoon cooking oil. Add salt, black pepper, 2 bay leaf, english green.

  2. The water should never cover the vegetables. Once soft add tomato paste checking on taste. End add sugar and allow to boil.

  3. Ready

  4. Now fry fish cut to cubes once ready add to above mixture and serve.

  5. This meal is ok cold
