8 ounce salmon fillet
10 ounces spinach
4 ounces low fat cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Fish Forintine

  1. place fish in prepared covered baking dish

  2. mix all other ingredients together

  3. spoon over fish

  4. bake in oven at 375F until fish flakes
