135 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
20 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
50 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 Fillet Fish Fillets White Natural
2 grams Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
4 dash Salt, Table
4 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Fish Fillet with vegetables in baking foil

Dice the tomatoes, pepper and chop the onion. Put the fish fillet into a baking foil bag, add olive oil, some of the salt and black pepper. You can add a thin slice of lemon too. Put the vegetables into the bag, add the remaining seasoning. Bake for about 20-25 minutes ar 180 C.
