This is my standard tilapia preparation.

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Dredge and Lemon Butter Sauce

4 teaspoons all purpose flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup dry white wine

Recipe Directions for Fish Dredge and Lemon Butter Sauce

  1. Use 3 teaspoons of the flour and the seasoned salt as a dredge for the fish.

  2. Bake the fish.

  3. Heat the rest of the ingredients in a small saute over medium heat until it becomes thick and translucent.
