Recipe Ingredients for Fish Crunch

500 g Hoki
1 cup celery
3 medium tomatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup Bran Flakes Cereal
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
28 edam cheese
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 tbsp oil

Recipe Directions for Fish Crunch

  1. Cut the fish into bite-size pieces.

  2. Roughly chop the tomatoes and celery.

  3. Combine the fish, tomatoes and celery in a greased baking dish with the lemon juice and pepper.

  4. Mix the cereal, cheese, thyme and oil together and sprinkle over the fish and vegetables.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
