Left over fish combined with corn and potatoes, using soy milk, NO fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Chowder

2 potatoes
2 cups of corn
1 cup of Silk
8 oz. red snapper
1 cup onion
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. of thyme

Recipe Directions for Fish Chowder

  1. cut potatoes to bite size - to speed things up nuke them

  2. saute chopped onion with olive oil

  3. add garlic

  4. add potatoes and a can of corn

  5. add Silk

  6. add fish - I used leftover snapper and salmon

  7. salt and pepper to taste

  8. add thyme

  9. Simmer for 20 mins.
