Fish chowder for a cold winter's night

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Chowder

3 cups Potatoes
2 oz bacon
1 lb fish fillet
5 shrimp
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/8 tsp thyme
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Fish Chowder

  1. cook potatoes 10 minutes

  2. fry bacon add onion and cook till onion is soft

  3. add bacon fish and thyme

  4. simmer 10 minutes

  5. add half and half
