Recipe Ingredients for Fish Chowder

1 1/4 cup Soup
1 tbsp Canola Oil
16 oz raw Farm-Raised Tilapia Fillet
1/2 cup, sliced Onions
1/2 cup, diced Celery
1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 tsp Chicken Base
1 1/2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1.76 oz Sherry
1 clove Garlic
1 cup raw okra

Recipe Directions for Fish Chowder

In a large saucepan, cook the chopped onion, celery, garlic, mushrooms, green pepper, and (optional) okra in the oil until just tender. Add the soup, 1 soup can water, the chicken base, and the cubed fish. Bring to a gentle boil, then turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Add the milk, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to taste (you may not need any since the canned soup is fairly salty). Simmer 5 more minutes and then serve.
