I use this for fish tacos but it makes a tasty chili too. Fills between 8 to 10 soft tacos or makes 3 to 4 one cup servings of chili.

Recipe Ingredients for fish chili

15.5 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
0.018 oz Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.05 oz Ground Cumin
1 serving swai fish fillets

Recipe Directions for fish chili

Dice raw thawed fish. Combine all ingredients in a pot. heat on med. high until fish is cooked and broccoli is soft.
