Recipe Ingredients for Fish casserole

8 oz Organic Spaghettini
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
20 grams Cornstarch
18 oz Tilapia Fillets
3 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for Fish casserole

Shred carrots and cut up the spinach into small pieces. Set them aside. Steam fish and set aside. Cook pasta, drain and set aside. Make the white sauce by mixing the cornstarch and milk then stirring that mixture into melted butter while stirring over medium heat until bubbly and thickened. Mix the fish and the vegetables into the hot white sauce. Place pasta in serving dish and cover with the fish mixture then season as desired.
