Easy way to consume fish for all occasions. This dish can be served as main dish with rich fresh garden salad, or any other fresh vegetable side dishes, or with a home made sauce as starter, or just snack alone with some light drinks. Children enjoy too with some ketchup.

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Burgers from Olga's Healthy Choice

1 kg Haddock Fillets
1/2 kg potatoes
400 g onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp whole grain flour
130 g low fat cheese
30 g parsley
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp herbs for fish
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Fish Burgers from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Boil haddock filets, boil potatoes. Drain and let them cool.

  2. In a large bowl, grind onion, cheese (if not grinded), potatoes. Add all other ingredients and mixed them properly with your hands. Let the mixture rest for half-an Hour.

  3. Prepare baking tray spreading slightly with olive oil. Prepare burgers, preferably smaller than meat burgers, and place them on a tray.

  4. Start your oven to 250oC. Bake them till they turn. Do not forget lower the temperature after 20 minutes to 200 or 175o C .

  5. Alternative: You can fry the burgers but that will add extra calories.

  6. And think something positive while you are cooking. That changes all the chemistry of the food you are making!
