Meat balls made with canned salmon

Recipe Ingredients for Fish Balls

14 3/4 oz of canned Pink Salmon
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 egg
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of dried parsley

Recipe Directions for Fish Balls

  1. Drain and flake Salmon

  2. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of liquid.

  3. Mix all the other ingredients.

  4. Shape into balls

  5. Broil until both sides are brown.
