Recipe Ingredients for Fish au gratin

350 g Haddock
150 g Cheddar Cheese
50 ml Milk
50 g Flour
200 g Corn
1 medium egg

Recipe Directions for Fish au gratin

  1. Make cheese sauce with flour, milk and 100 gms cheese.

  2. Place fish in pyrex dish.

  3. Cover with cheese sauce.

  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
