Red pepper, carrot, tomato & carmelized onion frittata

Recipe Ingredients for First frittata

4 eggs
1/4 cup of red pepper
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 tomato
2 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon chives

Recipe Directions for First frittata

Saute onions, add garlic. Beat four eggs. Chop all veggies, add seasoning to taste. Combine ingredients, mix. Oven 375 for 23 minutes, or until stiff.
