Recipe Ingredients for First Cut Bean Salad

2 oz garbanzo beans
2 oz pinto beans
2 oz lima beans
5 oz green beans
1/2 onion, red
4 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for First Cut Bean Salad

  1. soak garbanzo, pinto and lima beans overnight

  2. drain and rinse gabanzo, pinto and limas

  3. break up green beans into 1" pieces

  4. dice the onion

  5. mix beans and onion

  6. add olive oil (and a cup of apple cider vinegar that I forgot to mention and seasoning such as garlic)

  7. refrigerate overnight

  8. stir or shake or both
