This is a great marinade for chicken! (Note: 1 tbsp is 1 serving)

Recipe Ingredients for Fireman's Chicken Sauce

1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Fireman's Chicken Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. Put fresh chicken into marinade.

  3. Let marinade over night.

  5. Or slow cook boneless skinless chicken breasts in the marinade for at least 4 hours on high.
