Recipe Ingredients for Fireman's Chicken

1 lb. Chicken Thighs
1 Salt to taste
1 Pepper to taste
1 Garlic Powder to taste
4 1/2 oz Green Chiles
32 g Bacon
1/4 lb. Provolone Cheese

Recipe Directions for Fireman's Chicken

  1. Brown bacon (3-4 slices) and crumble.

  2. Mix bacon with chopped green chilies.

  3. Heat oven to 350.

  4. Season chicken with cracked pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

  5. Brown chicken on each side (5-10 minutes depending on bone/thickness)

  6. Bake browned chicken in oven for 30 minutes; covered.

  7. Remove from oven and place bacon and chopped chili mixture on chicken.

  8. Top with cheese

  9. Bake an additional 20 minutes at 350; uncovered.
