Recipe Ingredients for Firehouse chili

2 portion ( yield from 1/2 lb raw meat ) Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
15 oz Pinto Beans
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
1 medium Onions
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Firehouse chili

  1. Brown ground beef, adding chopped onion, garlic and pepper near the end to cook to desired consistency. Drain excess grease.

  2. Add spices and beans, stirring together for 1 minute.

  3. Add tomatoes and bring to boil, then simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
