Recipe Ingredients for Firecracker Oven Baked Salmon

455 g salmon
60 ml peanut oil
30 ml soy sauce
30 ml balsamic vinegar
10 g spring onions, chopped
7 g brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 g ground ginger
3 g crushed red pepper flakes
3 ml sesame oil
2 g salt

Recipe Directions for Firecracker Oven Baked Salmon

  1. Place salmon filets in a medium, nonporous glass dish.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut oil, soy sauce, vinegar, green onions, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame oil and salt. Whisk together well, and pour over the fish.

  3. Cover and marinate the fish in the refrigerator for 8 hours, overnight if possible.

  4. Heat oven to 200C. Wrap in foil and place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes
