Feta Cheese spread excellent with pita chips or topped on Turkey Burger

Recipe Ingredients for Fire Feta Spread

1 cups crumbled Feta
2 oz sun dried tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
6 tbs Mayo

Recipe Directions for Fire Feta Spread

  1. In food processor add all ingredients except for cheese

  2. In a large bowl, finely crumble the feta, mix in the puree from the the food processor, combine well. It is best to mix this at least 2 hours before serving so that the flavors come out. Serve sparingly as a spread on turkey burger with romaine lettuce and tomato on whole wheat sandwich thin or pita. Serve with whatever else suits you, I just had some cucumber with pico seaoning on it with it. Fries are optional

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
