Recipe Ingredients for Fiona's Chicken Fingers

360 g Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 Egg, Whole
3 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
1/3 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1/3 cup panko
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
3 tbsp Vinaigrette Toasted Sesame

Recipe Directions for Fiona's Chicken Fingers

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together egg and sesame dressing (Kraft toasted sesame vinaigrette). Add chicken (fillets or strips) and toss to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes (or longer if possible).

  2. Preheat oven to 450F.

  3. Meanwhile, mix sesame seeds, breadcrumbs, panko and salt in a large container.

  4. Shake excess marinade from chicken strips and roll in crumb mixture. Make sure strips are well coated with crumbs. Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray or use a silicone mat. Spray tops of strips with a light coating of cooking spray. Bake on middle oven rack for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and gently turn pieces over. Spray other side with a light coating of cooking spray. Return to oven and bake about 4 more minutes, until coating is lightly browned and chicken is cooked through.

  5. Enjoy!
