Recipe Ingredients for finnish pancakes

1 cup Egg Beaters
4 large Egg, White
2 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
16 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
2 tbsp Xylitol
1 tsp Sea Salt
4 serving Low-Carb Baking Mix
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.5 scoop Stevia Powder
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
80 g Low Sugar Reduced Sugar Jelly

Recipe Directions for finnish pancakes

  1. preheat oven to 450

  2. melt butter in bottom of large baking pan

  3. mix all of the ingredients well (beaters)

  4. add to pan (melted butter may rise to the top)

  5. bake for 25 minutes or until the eggs have poofed up nicely

  6. serve with reduced sugar maple syrup or jelly
