Easy and Delicious Finnish Pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Finnish Pancakes

3 tablespoon butter, melted
3 eggs
2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoon splenda
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Finnish Pancakes

  1. Preheat oven at 450 degrees.

  2. Pour melted butter into 9 by 12 inch pan.

  3. Beat eggs until foamy but not whippy, until well-blended.

  4. Beat in milk, flour, splenda, and salt.

  5. Pour into pan with butter and bake 20-23 minutes.

  6. Serve any way you like! I like to top mine with cinnamon and maple syrup!
