1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
7 oz Octopus, Common
50 grams Onions
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 fillet Haddock

Recipe Directions for Finbars Seafood Soup

  1. clean and peel vegetables then dice

  2. clean and cut octopus into bite size pieces

  3. cut fish into bite size pies

  4. make sure shrimp does not have tails

  5. mix in a pot and add spice to taste

  6. EG fish spice, thyme, curry, chicken base etc.
