Recipe Ingredients for Filling for stuffed vegetables

100 g pine nuts
224 g aubergine
144 g onion
56 g green pepper
6 cloves garlic
356 g cherry tomato
100 g long grain and wild rice

Recipe Directions for Filling for stuffed vegetables

  1. Heat cherry tomatoes with a bit of water until they're reasonably liquid.

  2. 'Fry' pine nuts, onion, green pepper and garlic in low-.
