Recipe Ingredients for Filling Pita Pizzas

8 whole wheat pitas
1 cup pizza sauce
1 cup low fat mozzarella
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
1/8 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Filling Pita Pizzas

Preheat oven to 400. Bake pitas without toppings for five minutes. Add toppings and bake for an additional five minutes and serve.
