4 oz. green leaf lettuce
1 radish
1/4 green bell pepper
2 oz. tuna
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1 tbsp. capers

mix lemon juice and herbs together then add olive oil and shake up. mix remaining ingredients for salad then dress and toss
