Recipe Ingredients for Filling Basmati Rice with Veggie Dinner

1/4 cup Basmati rice, steamed
100 g spinach
1/2 cup onions, sliced
1/10 g garlic, chopped
1/10 g salt
1/10 g black pepper
100 g baby corn
1 tsp olive oil
138 g potato, baked

Recipe Directions for Filling Basmati Rice with Veggie Dinner

  1. cook rice

  2. blanch corn and spinach. season

  3. lightly saute onion and garlic with olive oil, add in veggies

  4. slice potatoes into wedges, season, put into oven at 200degrees for 10 minutes

  5. pour veggies over rice and serve with potatos
